1. How do I make a tuition payment?
You can make a one-time payment by using the link provided below. Just click the “Make A Payment” button at the bottom of this page and complete the required fields. Then just follow the prompts to submit your payment securely online.

2. Can I set up automatic or recurring payments (AutoPay)?
Yes! Families may enroll in AutoPay to have tuition payments automatically drafted according to their payment schedule. To set up AutoPay or make changes to your existing payment plan, please contact the NFC Academy Billing Office at (888) 407-6327 ext. 114 for assistance.
3. What information is required to set up AutoPay?
To enroll in AutoPay, families will need to provide a valid payment method, such as a credit card or debit card, along with the date that payments should be made. Other limited information may be required in addition to that but families should know that credit card information will never be recorded.
4. How can I view my account balance and payment history?
Your FACTS Parent Portal provides access to your current account balance, payment history, and upcoming payment information. We encourage families to review their accounts regularly to stay informed and ensure payments remain current.
