NFC Academy Tuition Exception Application Policy

At NFC Academy, we value our partnership with families and understand that unexpected events may sometimes make it difficult to remain current with tuition payments. When this happens, we are committed to working with you to develop a reasonable plan that allows time to bring your account up to date.

The Exception Application is designed to provide temporary payment flexibility when special circumstances arise. While we strive to balance your family’s needs with our financial responsibilities to our teachers and homeschool partners, it is important that all agreements are followed carefully.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Payment Plan Commitment – I understand that if I do not follow the agreed-upon payment arrangement, the Exception Application will be considered in default
2. Class Participation – If the agreement is in default, my child(ren) will not be allowed to attend class until all past-due amounts are paid.
3. Reversion to Original Schedule – Once in default, my payment schedule will automatically revert to the original due dates outlined in the school’s tuition policy
4. Communication Requirement – I agree to remain in regular contact with the Business Office regarding all payments and will respond promptly to calls or emails. Failure to return calls or emails will result in the agreement being placed in default, and my child(ren) will not be allowed in class.
