Getting Your Student Ready To Start

NFC Academy welcomes scholarship families to a Christian education from kindergarten through high school. Once you have selected your educational program through your scholarship provider, we will help you take the next steps to get your student ready.

Begin by completing our Student Information Form so we can learn about your student, confirm the selected program, and request previous school records. Unofficial academic records can help us get started while we await official records.

Our programs include online learning for grades 3–12 and kindergarten through second-grade options featuring interactive online lessons or BJU Press streaming video lessons with textbooks. For grades 3–12, families may choose NFC Academy teachers or an accredited home teacher program with Resource Teacher support.

Our Admissions Office will guide you through records, course placement, orientation, and access to your student’s lessons. We look forward to helping your family begin with confidence.

Getting Your Student Ready To Start

Help NFC Academy Get The Records Needed To Get Started

Our Student Information Form is the quickest way to get started. Click the button below and we will work to get everything ready and keep you updated as we progress. Please identify your student’s previous school so we can request official records. Current unofficial records are sufficient to begin, but official records will be required by the end of the first semester. The unofficial records must agree with the official records to help ensure correct placement and avoid unexpected additional courses needed to meet course progression requirements. A copy of your student’s birth certificate is also required. As soon as all are in place we will send you the K-8 Academic Plan or the High School Path to Graduation so you can approve and school is ready for you.

A Biblical Worldview

At NFC Academy, our foundation is a biblical worldview—we look to the Bible for our beliefs and guidance in how we live and learn. That means we believe God exists, He is our Creator, and His truth applies to all areas of life. Our teachers reflect this view in both their teaching and personal lives, and our programs are designed to support this foundation.

All full-time students at NFC Academy take a Bible course, regardless of grade level.

While our goal is a Christian worldview, we recognize that some curriculum—such as Honors and AP courses in high school—may not be written from a biblical perspective. In those cases, we believe students can thoughtfully engage the material, supported by additional assignments when appropriate and teacher guidance.

In our K-2 and other home teacher programs, where the parent serves as the primary teacher, we trust parents will continue emphasizing biblical and traditional family values. Even when using family-friendly curriculum that may not be explicitly biblical, the home environment plays a vital role in reinforcing our shared values.
