Getting Started at NFC Academy

GETTING STARTED THE SUMMARY

Complete the Application

We will get it directly if you enroll with our online application. If you are working through a state scholarship site they will get everything to us quickly so we can begin work.

Academic Records

We will get the previous school records.  We can use accurate unofficial records to get started.  We want to make sure they are accurate so there are no changes to the program.

Academic Plan – Path To Graduation

We will get your Academic Plan (Grades 3-8) or Path to Graduation (Grades 9-12) to you for review and approval so the right courses are selected for enrollment.

Activate Your Courses

Complete your first payment, and you are ready to begin your courses anytime 24/7. Staff will check with you early to ensure we have it all correct for your program. It is that easy.

A Few More Details That Will Help

To properly place your student, NFC Academy requires previous academic records. Students may begin their courses using unofficial records, but official records must be submitted by the end of the first semester. If you send us unofficial records, make sure they are accurate because any incomplete record could require additional work or courses.

What to submit:

  • Grades 1–8: The most recent report card showing the current grade level.
  • High School: A recent transcript showing completed and in-progress coursework.
  • A copy of the birth certificate is also required for all students.

Orientation: Getting Started In Your Program

While we finalize your student’s program, we ask that both the student and parent complete the NFC Academy Orientation Session. This step ensures you’re fully informed, confident, and ready to begin.

Choose the format that fits your schedule:

Live Orientation Sessions

Participate in an interactive, live session based on your student’s grade level and academic program. Ask questions and engage directly with our academic support team.

Recorded Orientation Sessions

Prefer flexibility? Our recorded sessions are available on-demand through our website and provide a complete overview of the program experience.

Orientation will guide you through:

  • How to navigate your student’s courses
  • Tools and resources available to help your student succeed
  • How to easily reach our team for support and guidance
  • Tips for staying on track throughout the academic year

Our goal is to equip you with everything you need for a smooth and successful start.
