In the Accelerate Learning Program for Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, you will take on the role of the primary teacher for your child. However, the core instructional content is delivered through daily online modules in each subject, reducing your need for daily lesson preparation.
Your primary responsibility will be serving as a Learning Coach—reviewing the material presented each day, supporting your child’s understanding, and ensuring lessons are completed. You will also be responsible for grading assignments that are not automatically scored by the system. Timely grading is important, as it helps both you and your child identify areas that may need additional review.
We provide helpful resources to support you as you begin this journey. Use these tools to create a strong foundation for success in your homeschool. Set up a dedicated learning space and establish a consistent daily schedule—and most importantly, stick with it. Routine and structure are key to helping your child thrive academically and grow in confidence.

You will not use every resource we provide for your homeschool, but we are providing you with information that is available and may be of benefit in your homeschool. If you have questions there are several resources to help you if you will contact us we will provide you details and answer your questions or get you to the right resource to assist you.
Teaching Bible in the K-2 Online Program
Teaching the Bible is always a privilege, but teaching it to your own child at this young age is an especially precious blessing. Each lesson can become a meaningful time of growth for both of you as you learn together.
To support you, we provide the NFC Academy Daily Lesson Planner as your guide for each day’s Bible content. The planner outlines lessons for a five-day week, giving you a clear path as you begin this journey together. You are welcome to adjust the schedule as needed to best fit you and your student.

| Follow Your Schedule | Nothing you do more than completing each day's work will lead to your success. Do not allow the flexibility of homeschool become the reason you are not successful. Follow your schedule. |
| Complete grading and reviews daily. | Students need positive feedback timely. Any grading you need to do, do so timely and make a big deal of your child's success. |
Special Note: Entering grades regularly allows us to confirm the student is in continuous learning that will meet a states compulsory attendance requirements.
