Hello!  My name is Katharine Dodson and I’ll be your history teacher this year!  I’m so glad to have you in my class and I’m looking forward to a great journey through history!  I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself.  I live in Florida; I’ve lived here for most of my life.  I received my BA in History from the University of Central Florida, and in the fall of 2025, I will be receiving my MS in Information from Florida State University.  I enjoy gardening, reading mystery books, Atlanta Braves baseball, college football, and working on puzzles.  Most importantly, though, I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 5 ½ years old!  He has guided my life and continues to lead me on the path that He has for me, and that is the most exciting and awesome thing there is!
