• Longtime Head Baseball Coach & Athletic Director: Serving as Head Baseball Coach at North Florida Christian School in Tallahassee for approximately 40 years, Posey has built one of Florida’s most enduring high school coaching programs.

• Outstanding Record: Over his tenure, his teams compiled an impressive record of 765–322, marking him among the most successful active coaches in the state.

• Championship Pedigree: Under his leadership, NFC baseball captured 26 district titles, 14 regional titles, and made nine state championship appearances, winning four state championships.

  • Named MaxPreps National Coach of the Year in 2014 after leading a dominant run—winning their final 19 games en route to a state title and earning the designation of small-school national champions.

  • Four-time Florida High School Coach of the Year and two-time Regional Coach of the Year.
