The NFC Academy Homeschool Basics Program for Grades 9-12 provides families access to a structured online curriculum while allowing the home parent to serve as the primary teacher, responsible for instruction and grading. This program is ideal for families seeking a flexible, independent homeschool approach.
Each course bundle includes six high school courses, forming a complete academic schedule that supports steady progress toward graduation. After purchase through your state’s scholarship funding organization, NFC Academy will contact your family to begin preparing the student’s Path to Graduation, outlining required courses and ensuring proper placement.
In this program, parents guide daily instruction, review assignments, and complete grading. All courses are delivered through NFC Academy’s online Learning Management System, providing access to lessons, assignments, and resources in one platform.
The Homeschool Basics program is not accredited and does not include teacher or Resource Teacher support. It is designed for families who prefer a fully independent approach. Report cards and transcripts may be issued when basic academic standards are met.
Honors and Advanced Placement courses are not available, and students may not add courses beyond the six-course bundle.
Reminder: Select this Term 2 bundle for Grades 9-12 in the Homeschool Basics Program. This bundle includes six courses and does not require the Course Enrollment Fee. New or re-enrolling families should purchase the Full-Year or Term 1 bundle, which includes the enrollment fee.
