Description
Quarter 1 (Grades 6-8) includes five core courses-Bible, History, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science-designed to strengthen essential academic skills and prepare students for high school success. As part of this program, NFC Academy develops an Individual Academic Plan tailored to the student’s grade level, ensuring proper course placement and a balanced curriculum that promotes independent learning and steady progress.
In the Teacher Program, qualified NFC Academy teachers actively guide instruction, grade assignments, monitor student performance, and provide ongoing feedback throughout the quarter. Parents play an important supporting role by encouraging and assisting with daily learning at home, creating a collaborative educational experience.
An Advanced Math option is available for qualified 8th grade students, allowing enrollment in Algebra I when readiness is demonstrated. Placement is determined through an Admissions review of the student’s academic background.
To complete the full academic year, students continue with enrollment in Quarters 2, 3, and 4. After purchase, NFC Academy will contact families to prepare the student’s Academic Plan for review and approval before courses are activated.
