​Bible 600 provides a developmental and in-depth academic study of the teachings of the Old and New Testaments. It focuses on a brief survey of the Old and New Testaments, with special emphasis upon the key people, places, and events from the Book of Genesis to the Book of Revelation. These areas target three content strands: theology, biblical literature, and biblical background.

Online Home Teachers Resources

 

HomeSchool Edition Online 

Using our regular online program, this online program is for the parent who wishes to be the primary teacher at home with an NFC Academy Resource teacher to answer your questions during the school year. As a part of our accredited programs there will be certain academic requirements to follow meeting accreditation standards like completing all assignments required in order and completing grading timely. Like all of our home teacher programs the parent must complete some basic training so you can use the online program successfully and all our student resources are available to the students.

HomeSchool Plus Online

Like it is companion program the Homeschool Edition, the Homeschool Plus program is the same online program for high school students. A Resource Teacher will be assigned to you for the school year. As a part of our accredited programs, the Homeschool Plus for grades 9th-12th will have required standards to be followed like completing all assignments and ensuring material is graded timely. Courses taken to meet NCAA requirements must be taught by NFC Academy teachers. Like all of our home teacher programs the parent must complete some basic training so you can use the online program successfully and all our student resources are available to the students.

HomeSchool Basics

This online program for 3rd- 12th grade uses the same online program as our other online programs and would be for the parent who wishes to have control of their program without any support from our teachers. This program is not a part of our accredited programs, but there are still basic requirements of completing all the work as required by the curriculum and completing grading timely in order for the Academy to issue general report card grades for the student. Like all of our home teacher programs the parent must complete some basic training so you can use the online program successfully and all our student resources are available to the students.

The NFC Academy Book Program for Kindergarten is designed to support parents who want to take an even more active role in their children’s education. Their are two options for parents. First is the LIFEPAC series that ensures that your child receives a well-rounded Christian education that meets the highest standards in Math, Language Arts, History and Geography, Science and Bible.

You second option is the BJU streaming online lessons that bring professional Christian teachers to your home who will through video teach the lessons for the day allowing you to focus on keeping your child successful and moving along in their work.

We believe that Homeschooling should be an enjoyable experience for both parents and students and the BJU program brings a mix to your homeschool with teachers to help the home teacher in all courses.

Both print-based programs bring a biblical worldview to your home classroom.

First and Second Grade Book Program

The NFC Academy Book Program for first and second grade follows the kindergarten program in providing high quality Christian school curriculum for homeschool families. Subjects include all the core courses including Bible, history, language arts, math and science.

Homeschool parents at for this age have two options to select for thier program. The LIFEPAC curriculum from a mastery concepts program provides 10 unit subjects in each course to be completed each school year. Complimenting the curriculum is our own NFC Acdemy Lesson Planner for each course that provides the home teacher with the exact lesson plans for each day for your school year.

The second option for first and second grades includes the BJU Christian homeschool texts for Bible, history, langauge arts, math, and science. You will love the video streaming of professional teachers teaching each lesson for the day so you can focus on other key areas to keep your student moving along in their homeschool program.
