Integrated Physics & Chemistry Online

Integrated Physics and Chemistry is a physical science course designed for high school students needing an entry-level science course covering basic concepts found in chemistry and physics. Topics included in this study are:

  • Matter
  • Motion and forces
  • Work and energy
  • Electricity and magnetism
  • Waves

Throughout the course, students will have opportunities to observe simulations, investigate ideas, and solve problems–both on screen and away from the computer.

The lab component of this Integrated Physics and Chemistry course will be fulfilled using Smart Science labs. All labs from Smart Science are completed online. Students will have a typical lab experience following scientific steps reaching their conclusions to the lab.

Students should spend time reviewing the introductory video reviewing the process for completing labs with Smart Science. There will be no equipment or supplies to purchase as you complete your labs online.
